Supercritical Foaming ETPU Particle
The supercritical carbon dioxide (CO2) foaming device uses Co2 as a foaming agent to be injected into the barrel by a high-pressure injection pump. In the rod, the volume flow rate and pressure of CO2 gas should be kept constant during extrusion, and the shear mixing of the screw and the convection and diffusion of the gas should be carried out and spread. The supercritical state of the polymer is formed in the barrel. After reaching the head, the pressure drops sharply, separates, and nucleates rapidly, and it can be formed after cooling.
