1.Convenience in production and delivery
We set up sub-factories in different countries, Dongguan main factory, Myanmar factory, South Vietnam factory and North Vietnam factory. We have insole factory in Dongguan, finished foam production line, quality inspection and packaging line. We can export from other countries and reduce the tariff.
We would provide diversified services: 5 sponge foam lines in Dongguan, ring cutting machine, heterogeneous cutting machine, laser cutting machine. Back-end processing equipment, such as: baling machine, vacuum compressor, sewing machine, infusion machine, etc.

JuanaCustom Fabrication Service
JN has the foaming equipment and recipe, and we can easily adjust the density, hardness and aperture to produce foam. This makes the insole and the finished product more perfect.
We accept full custom insoles (handmade insoles), semi-custom insoles, and regular insoles. Even if they are medical grade, we use medical grade glue and accessories so that the product can meet the local requirements for certification.

Our foam has no excess air bubbles, making the surface smooth even when the sponge is laminated to the fabric.
The top and bottom layer of the sponge will be cleaned off to keep the same density and hardness.
JN can put a whole roll of sponge into the machine, which can be cut into different thicknesses of foam at one time, providing productivity and cost.
When you want different shapes of sponge-finished products, we can simply adjust the product data with anisotropic cutting without opening the mold and cut out the finished shape.
Foaming Production
Quality of foam has relation of its raw material agents, heat, proportioning, so most of time, our formula is confirmed when we make the sample, we will insist to use the formula when we make production.
Good foam does not come with air bubbles, and the density and hardness are equally uniform throughout the foam strip. The top and bottom skins of foam strip are usually cut off for recycling and remanufacturing or trash. So the foam is stable for using in insoles or other applications
