The new eco-friendly foam contains algae as a raw material, which is replaced by some chemicals. The algae are extracted from the algae that harm the environment after a series of operations.

Where is Algae Foam from?
As we all know the formation of algae deteriorates the light conditions of water and inhibits the beneficial plankton’s growth and propagation, and also photosynthesis of algae.
Algal bloom partly impedes the oxygen gets into the water from the air, it lowers the oxygen content in the water.
Then aquatic animals could not get enough oxygen, they would be died because of the low oxygen content. Finally, water and animals could be a big impact on us.

Recycled Manufacturing Process:
- Collect large amounts of Algae and store them in the appropriate container.
- During harvesting, the water will be sent back into the environment through a filter that does not harm the environment.
- After filtering, the Algae will be put into the drier equipment which can make it to dried Algae
- After drying, the dried Algae will be ground into powder, which can be used as raw material to replace some chemicals in the production process

Regular PU foam VS. Algae Foam
Environment: Algae production can effectively inhibit the harmful phenomenon of algal blooms, and the ecological structure of the freshwater environment can be restored to normal.
And, algae foam is biodegradable, while ordinary PU foam is non-biodegradable.
Thermoplastic: Algae foam has better thermoplastic when the foam is produced in the thermal molding.
Health: The whole process of Algae foam production is environmentally friendly and pollution-free. Algae foam can effectively deodorize the smell.
Physical: The adsorbability of Algae foam is better than ordinary foam, with higher resilience, and stronger tearing strength.
